Art Media
Many artists are learning to embrace the technological side of creating art. Art media are programs used on the computer that can create digital pieces of art. These programs can be designed to create computer animation, virtual art, photographic art and much more.
Before the computer art media was developed using other forms of technology involving photographic equipment. Computer graphic design became a pioneering field in art during the 1980’s. Artists looking to create new and unusually abstract designs flocked towards the digital scene.
Today’s art media is highly advanced and can create images and videos so realistic that some may have a hard time figuring out if they are real or not. Many of today’s films use some kind of computer graphics and in the corporate world no presentation is complete without graphics. Students as young six and seven are learning to use these technologies in school, soon that digital age will transform everyone into artists.
